In order to improve the after-sales service efficiency for customers in Southeast Asia and solve the problem of long after-sales response time for overseas customers, OverseaArk officially signed a long-term after-sales service cooperation agreement with a well-known local electronic equipment service provider in Malaysia on August 15, 2025. According to the agreement, the Malaysian service provider will provide on-site maintenance, equipment debugging and technical support for our local customers in Malaysia, and the on-site service response time will be shortened from 72 hours to 48 hours.
In addition, we have jointly established a spare parts warehouse with the service provider to ensure that the commonly used spare parts (such as soldering tips, heating cores) can be delivered to customers in 24 hours, effectively reducing the production loss caused by equipment failure of customers. This cooperation is an important measure for OverseaArk to optimize the after-sales service system and enhance customer experience, which also reflects our service concept of "customer-centric".
