The upgraded quality control system adds 3 key testing links for soldering stations and electric soldering irons, including high-temperature endurance testing and static electricity resistance testing, and optimizes the testing standards of soldering tips.
At the same time, we have organized professional training for all quality inspectors and production operators, focusing on the use of new testing equipment and standardized operation specifications, to further reduce human errors in the production process. After the upgrade, the product qualification rate has been increased from 99.5% to 99.8%, and the after-sales maintenance rate has been reduced by 15%.
